Membership & voucher terms
These terms explain exactly how the Articture membership benefits work — the automatic 20% discount and the 10% member voucher. We keep them plain so there are no surprises.

Membership & price
Articture membership is US$199 or C$249 per year and renews automatically on your join date unless cancelled. Membership is per individual account and is non-transferable.

Your 20% member discount
Active members receive 20% off eligible products, applied automatically at checkout; when an item is on sale, the lower of the member price and the sale price applies — no code needed.
The discount applies to product price only. It does not apply to shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, or tax, and does not combine with other discount codes or promotions.

Your 10% member voucher
After a qualifying order is delivered, you earn a voucher worth 10% of that order's product value, capped at $500 per order. It is issued as a unique, one-time discount code, typically within ~30 days of delivery.

How the voucher can be used
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. It can be used on a later order — one voucher per order, and cannot be applied to the order that earned it.
It applies to product price only (not shipping or tax). Its value cannot exceed 20% of the order's product value, and any unused balance does not carry over — there is no remaining credit after use.

Exclusions
Membership benefits exclude shipping and freight, taxes, gift cards, and trade or contract orders. Benefits cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Cancellation & expiry
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting your representative. Your benefits and any unused voucher remain valid through the end of the paid term; membership fees are non-refundable.
When membership ends, the 20% discount stops and any unused voucher lapses at its expiry date.
